Known for its beautiful and spacious homes, residents also enjoy proximity to many shops and restaurants, plus a short drive to the beaches and downtown.

This is an exceptional neighborhood and a great alternative to paying several million dollars to live along Las Olas in the Seven Isles neighborhood. Large homes with enormous lots, pools and amenities can be had for under $1-million and larger estates are not much above.
